Marikolundhu is a perennial aromatic medicinal herb belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is traditionally used in Siddha and folk medicine, especially for fever-related ailments, which gives it the name Marikolundhu.

Leaves are deeply lobed, green on the upper side and silvery underneath, with a strong herbal aroma.
