HRMN-99 is a special low-chill apple variety developed from the Himalayan apple selection by farmer Shri Hariman Sharma in Himachal Pradesh.
This unique variety can fruit even in tropical and semi-tropical climates, where normal apples will not produce.

Because of its low chill requirement, it is now grown in many states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra, Maharashtra, etc.

The fruits are medium–large, crispy, sweet, and juicy, similar to commercial apple varieties.
